Q.How much is Delivery?
A.Delivery/Travel fee varies depending on order and location of your event. Minimum Travel fee starts at $60. However all pick-ups after 11pm will be an additional fee.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, if your event is more than 30 miles outside of 28027. Please call our office to verify delivery for your city
Q.What payments do you take?
A.We accept all major credit cards for initial reservation fee/deposit. Final balance can be paid by cash app /zelle, apple pay or card. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS AS A FORM OF PAYMENT.
Q.What about parks and outdoor events , Do we need electricity?
A. If you are having your event at a park or outdoor setting, Please note that we DO NOT SUPPLY ELECTRICITY!! So remember when renting our equipment that needs electricity you will need to supply your own outlets/generator.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.You may cancel up to 7 days prior to your delivery date to receive a refund minus the non-refundable reservation fee. Any cancellations made within 7 days of your delivery date will receive a raincheck good for up to 1 year after your event date. Please refer to the cancellation section of your contract for more details on refunds.
Q.What is a Reservation Deposit?
A.A reservation deposit is the amount you have to put down to reserve your order. Please note that your order will not be reserved until you pay the reservation fee/deposit and we receive your signed contract. The reservation deposit is 25% of your total rental amount. The reservation deposit is NON-REFUNABLE.
Q.Can I pick up my rentals?
A.No, we only offer delivery at this time.
Q.How long is my rental period?
A.Unless you've purchased multi-day or overnight the rental price is up to 8hrs. Anything over will be an additional charge.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There will be a link in your emailed quote/ receipt or you may contact our office.
